We aim to process your order within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer €6 flat rate tracked shipping within the island of Ireland via An Post. This is usually 24-48 hour delivery. We also offer free delivery for orders over €75
We offer international shipping to the EU/UK with a flat rate of €15. This is an express service and comes with tracking. Free delivery to EU/UK over €200
If you are ordering from outside of the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Abode General Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Exchanges are offered on a discretionary basis after this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods,

To start your return, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reasons for return. The cost of returning an item is on the purchaser. If you would like an exchange, we will cover the cost of the new item being dispatched once returned item has been received.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus shipping and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
